Welcome,
I’m Helen, an Anxiety UK–approved and Bupa-recognised psychotherapist and coach.
I work collaboratively with you to manage and overcome excessive worry and anxiety.
For many people, these difficulties can show up as persistent dwelling on thoughts without any clear reason, feelings of being overwhelmed, panic, stress, and a fear of being judged.
I also support clients with ADHD and dyslexia.
I work with you to help feel more confident speaking up in meetings or presenting to groups. Over time, many begin to feel more comfortable leaving the house without emotional barriers, socialising with greater ease, trying new hobbies, and setting healthy boundaries in both their personal and professional lives.
At times, we can all feel stuck, uncertain about the future, or unsure of what to do next. Sometimes, what we need most is a safe, supportive space to process what’s going on in our lives.

I offer a free initial chat, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of whether we’re the right fit.
Sessions are online, by phone, or in person at my London practice, whichever feels most comfortable for you.
