Welcome, my name is Helen.
I help my clients manage and overcome anxiety, constant worrying, and overthinking.
For many, these challenges can show up as persistent dwelling on things without any clear reason, low mood, feelings of inadequacy, self-consciousness, overwhelm, panic, or stress — often with a fear of being judged.
I work with clients to help them feel confident speaking up in meetings or presenting to groups.
They begin to feel comfortable leaving the house without putting up emotional barriers, socialising with ease, trying new hobbies, and setting healthy boundaries in both their personal and professional lives.
I also support those who struggle with overthinking and rumination, especially at night — helping them to relax and enjoy a restful sleep.
At times, we can all feel stuck, uncertain about the future, or unsure of what to do next.
Sometimes, what we need most is a safe, supportive space to talk, think, and reflect — a place to process what’s going on in our lives.
